Step 1: Online Intake Meeting
We’ll start with an online meeting to understand your specific needs, preferences, and goals for your rental home. From this, we’ll create a personalised rental search plan to guide every step of the process.
Step 2: Tailored Property Search
Using your preferences, we’ll search the housing market to identify the best properties for your needs. You’ll receive a curated list of options to review.
Step 3: Arranging Viewings
Once you’ve selected properties, we’ll schedule viewings at your convenience. If you’re not yet in the country, we can attend viewings on your behalf and provide detailed feedback, photos, and videos of each property.
Step 4: Offer Submission
When you’ve found the right home, we’ll handle submitting your offer and negotiating with the landlord or their agent to secure the best terms for you.
Step 5: Rental Contract Review
We’ll carefully review your rental agreement to ensure everything is clear and in your best interest. We’ll assist you with signing and completing all the necessary documentation.
Step 6: Utility Setup Assistance
To make your move stress free, we’ll help you set up essential utilities for your new home.
Step 7: Check-In and Move-In Support
On move-in day, we’ll join you for the check-in to ensure everything is in order. We’ll document the condition of the property with photos and create a snag list to address any issues with the landlord.
Tailored and Transparent Service
Our rental service fee is 100% of the first month’s rent (excluding VAT), with a minimum fee of €1500. We specialise in rentals across the Randstad, including Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam, Hoorn, Utrecht, Leiden, Eindhoven, Breda, Den Bosch, and the Gooi region.
